Condition - EX+ unmarked played no more than 2 - 3 times when bought new and filed safely since.

Cover condition - EX Nice laminated sleeve with only one tiny mark where price label removed on front top right otherwise like new. Spine reads perfect. Picture/lyric inner included as new. Plus a rare 2 A4 page bio promo.
