Shipping and Policy:  insurance is no longer optional, it is now required for all US purchases.  International insurance is not available to all countries.  Delivery confirmation is included in price, shipping includes our price of an album mailer of $ 1.00 (our actual cost) when applicable, media shipping charges and delivery confirmation. You have the option to upgrade to priority for an additional $ 2.00. The mailer provides for a perfect fit for your album and is the prime recommended shipping method.  We have hundreds of sales domestic and international with these mailers, without incident.  We can only combine record albums up to six.  No other auction wins may be combined unless they can fit into the album mailer.

The above quoted rates are for one album only weighing less than a pound.  Occassionally, some albums are heavier and you will be charged some slight additional fees.  2LP sets count as 2 albums and have to be calculated according to weight for international buyers

Sales and returns:  All sales are final from this point forward, unless our description was erroneous or misleading in some way.  Because of the delicate nature of our product, we encourage you to ask questions before auction end.  Some case by case situations may warrant a refund.  Shipping on a return is the responsibility of the buyer.  Your money will be promptly refunded once the item is back in our possession in the EXACT same condition that it left our premises.  We attempt to describe the item to the best of our ability, however there are times that lack of expertise may warrant additional information.  Please ask! Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM PST Monday - Friday.  Bidding:  By bidding you are in a binding contract, and NBP complaints will be filed, no exceptions.  By bidding, you confirm you have read our policies and are bound to it's contents.  Returned checks will have an added $ 25 fee for handling.

Close of sale:  Payment is expected at the close of auction.  Should we not hear from you within 72 hours upon close of auction and be notified of payment type and arrival, we reserve the right to place the item back up for auction.  Upon close of sale, please use eBay's check-out, even if paying by a method other than paypal.  It allows you to select your payment type, and then sends us email stating such.  We now know to expect your payment via regular mail, and it will be approxiametely 2-3 days.  Feedback is left upon shipping to provide you an indication of approxiamate shipping time.
