Description
Ranking Dread released a load of tunes through Greensleeves at this time and this is one of the heaviest rhythms he used. This is a self produced and self mixed tune recorded at Tuff Gong Studios, the B side features Family Man on bass. Family Man of course being Aston Barrett of The Wailers Band. This record got to number one on the Echoes chart for a storming three weeks in March 1982! Both sides have a surface ring mark on the vinyl where it must have been stored next to a 7" record, this does not affect play, but no scuffs or other marks, both labels are clean and mark free. Both sides play very well with no audible issues. The A side is an extended mix featuring the vocal into a great dub, the B side is the instrumental cut of the rhythm slightly dubbed up but very bassy .
