From 1957 this 45 is on the FOX label out of Michigan with a catalog number of 918 and 919,it was also issued on TEEN LIFE in the same year with the same catalog number.It is Jimmy Kirkland with the band of Stan Getz (Not the legendary jazz artist) and Tom Cats doing I WONDER IF YOU WONDER b/w COME ON BABY.Both tracks are great rockers with Jimmy Kirkland sounding a lot like Elvis.I will grade the 45 VG as the labels are a bit rough and the vinyl shows somes scratches but it plays very well and will fill a hole in any collection just fine.Both labels have the word "SAMPLE" in ink pen so I feel it was given as a sample record or was owned by someone named Sample,I feel the former is the case.You can hear it on YOUTUBE and my research finds this one showing up more on TEEN LIFE than on FOX but I am not sure which is the first pressing.
