Up for sale is the very rare 1966 Marvel Comic Group Book and Record set featuring the Avengers. This set does have the hard to find Avengers #4 reprint in very fine condition and would probably rate a 7.5 with extremely light wear (one very small tear near the top staple on the front cover and minor creases. A beautiful book!!! Visually graded using Goldmine standards, the record itself would rate a strong VG with nice shine, light surface wear and scuffs. The jacket is also VG with vibrant colors, but has splits on the top edge. The other three edges are in nice condition. there is also a small, neatly written name on the front of the jacket in pen.The record will be shipped in a protective sleeve with the LP outside of the jacket so that no more splitting seams will occur. The comic is boarded and bagged and both will be shipped together in a sturdy mailer. A real beauty!!
