Rare 1966 SHADOWS of KNIGHT Back Door Men PROMO LP NR

The second release by one of the defining bands of the 1960's Garage rock / punk genre, probably most famous and notable to most for their earlier 1966 cover of Van Morrison's "Gloria", (with which they had the larger hit here in the U.S.).

This is a very solid, high grade example:

The sleeve is super clean and glossy with NO splits, scars, scratches, creases, mars, or ring marks. Only the slightest rub along the bottom edge as from shelf storage to report.

The disc retains great gloss and I think was perhaps played one time, and perhaps only on one side. The labels are super clean, with one tiny little spot along the edge at 7:00 on side one, and an extremely light spindle mark at center on side two.... but otherwise labels are ultra-white and "fresh". There are a few very light surface scratches on side one which are difficult to see without bright light, and I think likely inaudable. Side 2 is pristine with no visible scratches of any kind, even under the brightest light. The plain white insert is original and is unmarred as well.

   An outstanding example...

 ~Great stuff!~

Winning bidder pays $5.50 for securely packaged Priority Mail shipping and handling to destinations within in the U.S.

Foreign customers are welcomed, but should be aware that shipping will likely be more, and in some cases substantially so. All payments must be in U.S. $ funds, payable in the U.S.. Most items shipping out of the U.S. must ship via Airmail or Global Priority, rather than by surface mail. I do make exceptions for some sturdy/ heavy items (books, large magazine lots, etc).

I accept money orders, checks, and Paypal.. Paypal users: Due to the rapidly worsening rate of chargeback fraud and identity theft throughout the world, ALL Paypal payments must be made to a confirmed address, unless there is a demonstrable track record of active Paypal use of at least 3 months, or prior approval has been obtained from me . I have always resisted having a bunch of rules ....but this is a necessary step. Please take a moment to visit the Paypal discussion board sometime (accessible through the "Community" link at the top of this page) if you have never done so, which should provide ample demonstration for the reasons that I now believe this rule to be necessary for our mutual protection.

If you are the winning bidder , you can go ahead and pay per the payment instructions you will receive from Ebay provided you are a U.S. resident and shipping will be in the U.S. If you will require shipping out of the U.S., please send me an email at the conclusion of the auction with your address, so that the correct shipping charge can be determined.

Finally, please note that I am always happy to combine multiple bid wins to help reduce shipping costs. So please check my other auctions for similar items!
