Record Condition: Near Mint.

Sleeve Condition: VG+.

I bought this record second hand soon after it was made. It has been kept in a smoke-free, pet-free home. Ringwear, edgewear and label marks on outer; crease bottom left.

Previous owner has typed and then lightly signed in pencil a parody of a record company legal rights warning message on one of the inner sleeves - see photos. This has not effected the record in any way.

Item will be professionally packed for shipping in a high quality cardboard record mailer. The record will be further protected by two cardboard stiffeners and a poly sleeve.

All records have been listened to prior to sale.

This record plays well. Any surface marks do not affect sound quality.
