Description
Rare 78rpm - German Red Cross - 1940 Special Pressing - Emmy Goering and Gustaf Grundgens
Mrs. Herman Goering, Emmy Goering, and Gustaf Grundgens do a dramatic reading from Goethe's "Tasso" My German reading is weak and very limited, only basic... ... but this appears to be a presentation record on behalf of the German Red Cross Emmy Goering, I believe, was involved with recruitment efforts of volunteers at around this time. Interesting historic recording relic from German World War II efforts. Special label Electrola 12-inch pressing ... Parts 1 and 2 Recorded in German, of course. V++ to E- condition, plays well. ... How many of these survived the war? Media Mail is $8.50 within the U.S. Postage extra outside of U.S., will be estimated and invoiced for England, Canada or Japan Please wait for my invoice before paying...
