MEM: MOVIE & MUSIC MEMORABILIA

Two original UK Vinyl LP White Label Test Pressings for the Beatles LP "A Collection Of Beatles Oldies". These are UK Parlophone pre-release Stereo Test Pressings, dating from 17/11/66 (ie, 22 days prior to the LP's UK release date). The LP's come with their original Paper inner sleeves (they are pictured in modern inners for added protection), one of which bears a hand written annotation of the provisional running order for Side 1, with Matrix #, Band/Artist detail "Beatles" & Pressing date. Each LP is Pressed to one side only with the other left blank. There is a stamped/printed note top-left of the Inner which reads "For December Supplement". Record Two bears the unreleased Matrix # YEX 620-2.

Full Matrix #'s are: Record One = YEX 619-1G / LPFB-2 & Record Two = YEX 620-2 / LPFB-2

Mother Stamper: Record One = 1/G & Record Two = 1/G

Tax Stamp = Clearly embossed "K.T" Tax Code to Record One (Tax Code was stamped into the Label blank before any details were added, hence the occurence of many Tax-Code anachronisms).

Vinyl Condition: Record One = has small non-sounding scuff hence graded EX+ & Record Two = near MINT. Both records play near Mint.

The Sleeve (obviously added later) is a Garrod & Lofthouse flipback Stereo Sleeve & is graded EX+ (some creasing around the spine).

By its nature, this is obviously a unique & important Beatles item & is Guaranteed genuine & original.
