Rare Beatles John Lennon I Apologize Sterling Productions 1966 Vinyl Record

Unbelievably beautiful condition - see pictures and notes below.

Also has what seems like a magazine page (see photo) that I would guess was not originally a part of it but is included in this auction.

Record No. 8895-6481 on Cover

Record No's TR4M-6481 and 889S-6481 on the vinyl label

This is extremely rare and collectible record highly sought after by Beatles fans. It is rarely listed in eBay - just about once every 5 years.

It was released by Sterling Productions in Chicago as a response to John Lennon's controversial comments about the Beatles being more popular than Jesus. It also has comments by Paul McCartney George Harrison and Ringo Starr. So there is no music but just dialogue.

Vinyl has a good shine to it with minor scuffs that don't hinder the sound. EX grade. Play has some minor crackle but no skips upon listening.

Cover is NM. There is some age "dusting" present. The spine is perfect, no splits. Corners show very minor wear. Not even a "bump."

The inner sleeve is most likely original just a plain sleeve, no tears or wear.

Second side has no run out because there's no audio on Side 2.
