Description
You are actually bidding on a bit of my past. I remember the Cavern and my Beatle days very well, when I used to bunk off school and jump the number 10 into town with my mate for the lunch time session. Those who remember those sessions will remember the distinctive smell the Cavern had. In those days the Beatles were just one of many of the groups that played the Cavern and Paul, George, John and Pete Best (prior to Ringo) were just four local lads.
Once the lads hit the big time I started collecting a few things to remember them by - this is one of them which I have decided to put on ebay.
The item I am auctioning today is The Beatles Singles Collection 1962 - 1970 (World Records Limited. (24 singles)), which I bought off a friend second hand.
Looking at the records themselves they look as if they have never been out of the sleeves. I certainly have never played them. The box that they were in when I bought them does show storage wear/scuffs and tears on the corner and the hinge has been poorly repaired. The insert too has some minor damage. I have taken the photograph in such a way to show you that the back of the sleeves have pictures of the Beatles on.

Twist and Shout was the last song I heard the Beatles play and Ringo had just joined the group. Memories hey...........
