The Decca Record Company , London, England,  Printed in England by Robert Stace.

Cover shows a picture of Beethoven printed in 1806 by Neugass for Prince Carl Lichnowsky.  It also tells you about the history of Beethoven around that time.

The Cover and Record is in excellent condition, the record looks like new.
