Rare Chicago Blues 78, Little Willy Foster, on Blue Lake
No reserve on this 10-inch, ultra-rare 78 blues record on Chicago's Blue Lake label. Record No. 113 features Little Willy (also spelled "Willie" in some references) Foster playing harmonica (and vocals on "Falling Rain Blues"), with Eddie Taylor on guitar, Floyd Jones on the other guitar and Lazy Bill Lucas on piano. B-side is the instrumental "Four-Day Jump."
Record grades Very Good+, with visible surface wear, minor scratches and scuffs, no skips and minimal impact on sound quality. Please check out my other auctions for more rare records!
