Description

Very Rare 63' UK Fontana(687 307 TL) original;The Tubby Hayes Quintet-Late Spot At Scott's.Record in nice Very Good++/Plays Excellent- condition.Record does have some wear,but superficial-some storage/age wear,light marks mostly from record being taken in&out of sleeve,but generally fine and clean;used but not abused.Really plays great with only the slightest hint of minimal surface noise during  the very quietest  moments eg. Tubby's spoken intoductions and parts of the very quiet and gentle 'Angel Eyes' Label has some spindle marks.
Cover is only Very Good;front cover has some minor creasing and marks,signs of age and storage wear,and the hint of a stain near the middle of the opening edge.Also the top left corner is a little bent.Back cover, along with general signs of age&mild grubbiness has an unfortunate stain on and around the middle of the opening edge;this stain can be seen inside the cover and it is the same stain that can be seen a lot less noticeably on the front cover.The top right corner of the back cover has some major,but not disastrous- looking creasing.
Overall,however this is still a pretty good copy,especially record-wise,of a really rare&desirable classic of British Jazz.Scan to follow..Please wait for the scan before bidding.
