Description

Rare The Man Who Sold The World Import on Mercury.

The Man Who Sold The World was first released in November 1970 on the Mercury label in the US with the cartoon sleeve created by Mike Weller.

In April 1971 it was released in the UK on the Mercury label with David wearing a dress.

RCA re-issued the album worldwide in 1972 with a black and white Ziggy-era cover.

Light surface scratches on the vinyl but played well back in the day, but has been in storage for about 35 years.

The sleeve is worn on the edges and split along the spine which I have tried to show in the photographs.

Would make a great addition to a collection.

Please note before bidding- The listing says there is a returns policy which there isn't. This is not for any other reason than there isn't one on any other of my listings. I have tried to revise this and been in touch with ebay explaining my mistake and they explained that all I could do was add this note. Sorry about any misunderstanding.
