Description

In 1961 Curtis Ware backed by the Four Do-Matics cut these two classic Doo Wop sides, "Flame in My Heart" and "I Am In Love", on Seattle's Kay Bee Label (Kay Bee 101).  This is a very nice copy with just a few very light marks and minimal surface noise, (E).  The labels are in very good condition with some normal light wear.  This excellent Doo Wop 45 is very hard to find and is seldom offered for sale.  You can find these cuts on You Tube.

 

My record grading system is as follows

  • E+  As close to perfect as you can expect
  • E  Near perfect with some very light flaws, next to no surface noise
  • VG+  Some wear, light surface noise, very good sound quality
  • VG  A worn record that is still pleasant to listen to
  • G  A poor quality record that is only offered because it is super rare and desirable
