Thank you for looking.  This auction is for an RCA Victor 78 RPM version of Elvis Presley’s “Heartbreak Hotel”.  The “B” side is Elvis singing “I Was The One”.  The Label number is 20-6420. 

We are not record experts, but would consider this to be a very clean copy.  The record itself shines nicely with only the most minor signs of use. It would appear to us that it has only been played a few times, maybe never.  The Heartbreak Hotel side is virtually mint in our opinion.  There are a few finger print smudges.  The other side also looks good, but there are a few minor surface scratches. 

This record comes from an estate of a 90+ year old lady who had the record stored away in a paper sack amongst her treasures.  We will include the paper sack when we ship it to the winning bidder.  It is pretty rough, but we feel it is kinda cool.  Note the three digit phone number.  We have lived in Redding since the late 60’s and have no recollection of the store. 

The record jacket included is an original RCA Victor sleeve, but is not the original record jacket.  There was not one when we found the record.  We purchased this one from a local used music-video-book store.
