PROFESSIONAL PACKAGING & SHIPPING SPECIFICS
As collectors ourselves, we treat high-value vinyl with the utmost respect. This record will be shipped using best practice defensive packing techniques to ensure it arrives in the exact condition described:
1 With the exception of sealed records, the vinyl (inside its sleeve) will be removed completely from the outer jacket prior to packing. This eliminates the risk of "spine splits" or seam blown-outs occurring during transit.
2 Both jacket and vinyl will be placed side-by-side inside a brand new, archival-quality protective clear poly outer sleeve.
3 The package will be securely sandwiched between heavy corrugated cardboard stiffeners.
4 Shipped inside a dedicated, rigid, premium heavy-duty LP record mailer.
5 Fully insured shipping with tracking included.
Buy with confidence. Please feel free to reach out with any technical questions or if you require specific additional photographs before purchasing.
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. With the exception of sealed vinyl (see below), returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery under the following strict conditions to protect the integrity of our high-value inventory:
* Condition Match: The item must be returned in the exact cosmetic and structural condition in which it was received.
* No Alterations: The vinyl must not have been cleaned with chemical solutions, played on a damaged stylus, or altered in any way after delivery.
* Serial/Matrix Verification: All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. The unique matrix/runout inscriptions, label identifiers, and jacket flaws documented in the listing photos must match the returned item perfectly before a refund is issued.
* Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be packaged defensively using the same professional method (vinyl removed from the jacket, padded with cardboard stiffeners, and shipped in a dedicated LP mailer) to prevent transit damage.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a genuine issue with the description, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it safely and quickly.
Opening a vintage sealed vinyl is at the risk of the buyer and there is no return or compensation if buyer elects to unseal the vinyl. Sealed vinyl is assumed mint and seller is not responsible for factory flaws including, but not limited to the playback quality, warps, chips, discoloration etc.
We video record all of the packing and labeling for any item that sells for $75
or more.
