LED ZEPPELIN - III
(UK Original Press on ATLANTIC, # 2401 002 from 1970 )
Label/Sleeve -> Plum label design. Gimmick Fully Laminated Gatefold Wheel Cover with circular cutouts to show the pictures underneath on a paper disc that rotates. Sleeve printed at E J Day Group of London & Bedford.

Grade (Cover/Vinyl) -> EX- or close / EX+
Description -> Vinyl which has been cleaned professionally on a VPI machine plays superbly with amazing fidelity. The surface of the vinyl is clean and shiny with just 2/3 finger nail marks on side 1 that is barely noticeable and I did not see any issues while playing and side 2 is clean and shiny with no marks visible under normal light. Under strong lights when slanted at an angle I could see some fine superficial paper sleeve marks that has no impact on play.
Cover has some light general rub wear , some light creases– NO Writing, Fully readable spine. ALL Spines Intact and the top/bottom seam which has the wheel are not sealed from the top and bottom at the center to enable the wheel to rotate freely. This is how they were made in the earliest and first pressings. (see picture)
