Review: One of the first Beatlegs with studio outtakes, in this case half rough mixes from Abbey Road and half a Donovan/Paul McCartney acoustic confab at a Mary Hopkin session. The Donovan/Hopkins/McCartney session was possibly recorded at Abbey Road circa 22 Nov 1968, although the same source says Mary remembers it as having been recorded at Trident Studios, and Donovan remembers it as being at Paul's house in St. John's Wood or in one of the back rooms at Apple. We may never know.
