Distinguishing Notes:
Rare 1st press Record Label Code "CAP" suffix found on both labels! "CAP"= CAPRICORN.
Labels Origin is Macon, Georgia. Very few 1st releases had these labels. Ultra hard to find

Capricorn Records was an independent record label, launched by Phil and Alan Walden, and Frank Fenter in 1969 in Georgia. The label was initially started with money from Atlantic Records (so you can see this early connection cited on this Led Zeppelin album) and the first bunch of Capricorn albums were released on Atlantic's ATCO label with ATCO catalog numbers and Capricorn only getting a mention as a "Record Series." Among these releases were the first two albums for the Allman Brothers Band who later became Capricorn's most defining act.
VINYL: Strong VG++ Hi gloss..thick inflexible vinyl.
COVER: NM- no seam splits, no ringwear, very minor light edge and corner wear (see pics)
PLAY TESTED: Plays Great!! This Rare First Pressing plays strong and clean with an especially bright crisp sound fidelity... nice bass. Among the very best we have ever heard.
Next day shipping. Vinyl separated from cover . Packed in a Professional Lp mailer with an additional cardboard filler pad for extra protection.
