Description

Unbelievably rare misprint version of the 1983 Motorhead release album Another Perfect Day. This is so rare it hasn't ever been catalogued on Discogs ! In 1983, Motorhead and Uriah Heep were both on the Bronze record label. Uriah Heep were releasing their Headfirst album at the same time as Motorhead were releasing their APD album , and clearly the record printing plant were having a bad day ! Discogs has recorded that at least some cockups were that the record labels for the UH album ended up on the APD album, and the last one of those to sell on discogs went for £150 in April 24. However this album has the correct labels on both sides, but side B of the album has actually been pressed with the B Side of the Uriah Heep album ! There may be other similar misprints like this out there, but if so it's never been catalogued on Discogs..... The record itself has some slight scratches commensurate with age, but nothing that affects the audio quality. The sleeve has some slight edgewear , and the original pic inner sleeve has sellotape on two edges. At some point someone has written STUDIES in blue felt tip on the front [see photos] and there is a price sticker near that which i have never attempted to remove, but the true value in this item lies in the vinyl record itself and its rarity. Sadly financial necessity forces the sale of some of my substantial MH collection. The postage cost is included in the price, item will be shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed for service only, or can be collected from me in person BS11 area
