Description
- MINT, NEVER OR RARELY PLAYED DISC [see provenance note below] FROM LIMITED PRESSING OF 2,000 - NEAR-MINT CARDBOARD SLEEVE
Only 2,000 copies of the 12" single of Sunny Sundae Smile were ever made by My Bloody Valentine, and this mint-condition disc (see photos) was one of them, identified as such by the Matrix / Runout wax-stamps between the grooves and vinyl label, which read:
(Side A runout, stamped / etched): LAZY 04T A-1U-1-1⇀ A PORKY PRIME CUT.
(Side B runout, stamped / etched): LAZY 04T B-1U-1-1⇀ A PORKY PRIME CUT.
The cardboard sleeve has slight record-store contusions (see photos), so I'm ranking it as near-mint.
PROVENANCE NOTE: The vinyl records I list are from a collector who has one or more duplicates of each of those listed. They have either never been played or very lightly played. He purchased them mostly in the year of their release, mostly at various record stores around the US. Most sleeve degradation is due to shipping to and storage at these record stores, with most of them being at mint or near-mint condition.
