Description
Nobody's Children - Girl-I Need You/Girl-I Need You (Instrumental) - Kiderian 45112. This is a 45 with a promotional insert, both in new, unplayed condition. Kiderian was one of the independent labels that contributed to the Chicago rock scene during the 60's and continued producing records into the 80's. Most of their recordings are little-known outside of the Chicago area, but many have attained status in the world of record collecting and are highly desirable and sought-after. This recording by Nobody's Children was released during the heyday of Chicago rock (1966-68), when groups like the Shadows of Knight, Mauds, Little Boy Blues, Buckinghams, H.P. Lovecraft and others were making the scene. It was the second release for Kiderian and is quite rare, especially in this condition. The copy being offered here is especially interesting, because it has a folded 8 1/2 x 11 promotional insert, introducing it as a "new hit" release.
