Rare NW Acetate with Ron Petersen ( Pre-Frantics) Guitar, Unreleased Demos. Jerry Shipman "Rebel"/"Mars" B/W (Rockin' The Blues on NOW 1008 1958) Peggi Griffith "Sonny" /"Here Is My Heart" c 55-57. Acetate has some super super light surface scratches but plays and sounds great with some light background noise. Typed Labels have light wear. Hear it on youtube under j mosrite
These 45's came from the personal collection of The Frantics, Ron Petersen, the last living original Frantic. Photo of the letter he sent along with the package with a story about Little Bill and their travels.
Taken from her obituary:
Peggi (Griffith) was born and raised in Seattle. Her singing and song-writing talent propelled her to a professional singing gig at age 10. After a KING-TV exec discovered her, she began performing on TV, in local clubs as well as recording with several independent record labels. Her singing career wound down after marrying in 1958 and becoming a mother of five rambunctious children.
