Description

Polydor Records recorded Tony Sheridon and used then then unknown Beatles to back him. Tony Sheridon sang  "The Saint" and John Lennon sang "My Bonnie". The original issue in New Zealand was billed as Tony Sheridon with the "Beat Boys" in support, however when the Liverpool Lads hit it big in 1963, Polydor NZ re-issued the record, flipping the sides and crediting THE BEATLES (and Tony Sheridon). Cat. # NH24673, issued in 1964. Record is in a near new, if not actually new, state (no evidence of it ever being played) Ex/Ex while the paper sleeve is fully in tact but has (correctly) 3B and "My Bonnie" inked at the bottom (see photo). There are no splits or rips in it. VG+.
