Description

This is a very rare Demo Not for sale Mono version of October Country by Epic Records.The sleeve and album are in great condition with some discoloration. The inner sleeve that holds the album has yellowed a bit due to age and storage.The corners look great  The album itself is in great shape but probably needs to be cleaned of dust particles.
