Description
Led Zeppelin / King Curtis And The Kingpins "Whole Lotta Love" 1970 promo split 45, mono variation. Atlantic Records 45-2690 / 45-6779. Beautiful example of this desirable Led Zep promo, but this copy is special as it includes a rare 6" square red-and-white one-sided promotional insert with small pictures of both Led Zeppelin and King Curtis. Checking popsike and , I'm unable to find a copy previously sold on eBay with this insert pictured. I see no mention of it or any picture of it on any version of the record on discogs. Perhaps previously undocumented but I have not dug deep into Led Zeppelin specific collector sites. Regardless, it is definitely rare and unusual.
The record is strong VG+, approaching NM. Vinyl shows minimal signs of handling, plays great. Insert is VG+ or better. Comes with a VG+ Atlantic Records company sleeve. Please see all pics for best visual description of the condition.
I have been dealing in records for 25+ years. All records are sent in new Bags Unlimited brand mailers, properly packed with the vinyl outside the cover to avoid seam splits in transit.
