Description
This is first pressing of the 1970 LP on B and C records with textured sleeve. I would grade the sleeve as VG only - some ring wear and discoloration on the back and a little fading - see pictures, but certainly clean and intact. The vinyl looks very nice with only light marking where it has been taken in and out of the paper inner. However there are some slight surface noises on the quieter moments when played. There are no serious marks to see so it could be that the record just needs to be professionally cleaned.Basically it sounds pretty good - but not perfect. For that reason I am grading vinyl VG plus, but I suspect that it could be improved if you had expertise/time/equipment. I'm being honest here: If you want a NEAR MINT copy go elsewhere - this is a nice very playable copy of a rare album - but it's NOT perfect.If you looked at it normal light at a record fair you would think the vinyl was excellent condition - however, maybe due to dust etc it does have the occasional crackle.
