Rare Promo 45 EP DJ-7 Elvis / Jean Chapel, USA 1956 NFS

Hard to find US 4 track promo EP that combines Elvis´ Single 47-6643 Love me tender / Anyway you want me with the Jean Chapel issue 47-6681 Welcome to the club / I won´t be rockin´ tonight. Issued for US DJ´s only and very hard to come by, never commercially available. 

Included is a certificate of authenticity by the previous owner, the Memphis M. Museum. Fot those who are still in doubt: the matrix is typeset, has G2N H7341-1S on the Elvis side and G2N H7342-1S on the Chapel side. As you can see by the pictures on the certificate, there has been significant writing with a black marker on both labels. I´ve pasted some pieces of paper in a matching color above these marks for better display, please inspect the 1st picture closely. 

Vinyl itself is in nice condition, strong vg with surface scuffs, no feelable scratches.  Comes with a reprint company sleeve. Books for 300$ in Presleyana V in mint.

Rare US Promo EP mit 4 Titeln, 2x Elvis und 2x Jean Chapel. Speziell für US DJ´s gepresst, war so nie im Handel erhältlich. Mit dabei ist ein Zertifikat des Vorbesitzers, dem Memphis M. Museum. Falls immer noch Zweifel bestehen: die Matrix ist maschinengeschrieben, Bezeichnung s. oben. Wie man auf den Bildern des Zertifikates sehen kann, hatte die EP mal eine wüste Beschriftung mit schwarzem Marker auf beiden Labeln. Habe diese Stellen mit Papier in passender Farbe überklebt, sieht man nun kaum noch (bitte bei Bild 1 genau hinsehen).

Die EP selbst ist in recht ordentlichem Zustand, starkes vg, mit oberflächlichen Gebrauchsspuren, keine tiefen Kratzer. Mit dabei ist noch ein Nachdruck eines US-Firmenlochcovers. Katalogpreis in mint beträgt laut Presleyana V 300$.
