Description
From the back of the record sleeve: "The Desperate Bicycles were formed in March 1977 specifically for the purpose of recording and releasing a single on their own label. They booked a studio in Dalston for 3 hours and with a lot of courage and a little rehearsal they recorded "Smokescreen" and "Handlebars". It subsequently leapt at the throat. Three months later and The Deperate Bicycles were back in a studio to record their second single and this is the result...."
The is Refill Records RR2, slightly stereo. Side A: "The Medium was Tedium", Side B: "Don't Back the Front." Band members include Danny Wigley, vocals, Roger Stephens on bass, Dave Papworth on drums and Nicky Stephens on organ.
Both record and sleeve are in near mint condition.
