For auction is a hard to find, limited edition serial number 02914/3000 SXL 2400 DECCA SOUND 6 Classic Analogue LPS box set. Item being sold as found and has not been cleaned, cleaning will be left to the winning bidder if they choose to do so. Item is from a smoke free home. Item is in beautiful overall condition with light wear/age present if anything. This is not a brand new/mint box set. Please note, this item is a limited edition serial number 02914/3000 as indicated in picture three. Item was found with all original pieces such as it's box & cover, book, 6 vinyl records with matching dust jackets and interior sleeves, black ribbon for easy record removal, backside of box limited edition serial number 02914 out of 3000. This set is complete. It is clearly evident that the original owner took very good care of this box set, as all items included are in excellent original condition as shown. Please view pictures seven and eight (utilize ZOOM) to see the condition of each record's front & back sides. All record labels are present and intact as also shown. The box itself is also intact and in very nice, original condition with no denting, rips, handwriting, etc. The box interior is also in very nice original condition as pictures four and five portray. Please utilize ZOOM, again, when viewing picture five to note the original black ribbon is fully intact and functioning. Each original record dust jacket is clean without any major wear and/or signs of misuse. Please note some areas of white on the record dust jackets, specifically the "Rossini Overtures" has some light signs of use. As previously mentioned, each item still has great color and overall, great condition. Pertaining to the vinyl itself, one note to make is per the Oistrakh record on side one, has a 1" mark. Each record does play on both sides, the Oistrakh does as well. The original book inside is packed with awesome, period information and is also intact & in very nice condition with no handwriting, creasing, etc. These DECCA SOUND box sets are hard to find, likely because they are quite well done. Overall, this SXL 2400 DECCA SOUND box set is in excellent condition and has potential to be a fantastic addition to your classic record assortment and/or record collection.
