Description
THIS 33 rpm album should date to about 1979 a private pressing done by BURLAP SOUND of Anderson,Indiana.The album is titled FOR MY FRIENDS by Saddi Patty.My research has found that this album is her first and I am pretty sure there were very few pressed.The story goes that a copy of this album ended up in a record exec's hands and she signed a record deal soon after and the rest is music history.This really is a great album and it is hard to believe but some of the tracks have a disco funk sound and her singing is just as great as you would expect showing alot of soul.This is a very clean copy graded near mint and it comes in a plain white sleeve which I feel is orignal to the vinyl
