Description
Up for auction is the rare Reel-To-Reel 1964 "Reflections" by Stan Getz on Verve Records #VSTC 307. This is a 4 Track 7 1/2 IPS Reel in gorgeous, UNUSED condition. There is a little bit of soiling on the box but the tape has never been played. Comes with original insert. I will be listing a few Jazz and some classical reels in the same unused condition so please see my other listings and keep watch. "Do not miss out! Low starting bid and no reserve.
Reflections is an album by saxophonist Stan Getz which was released on the Verve label in 1964. The Allmusic review by Pemberton Roach stated "A highly underrated and oft-ignored album, Reflections should be re-evaluated and viewed not as an acceptance of crass commercialism, but as a daring and brilliant artist's attempt to find pure music by blurring the boundaries between jazz and pop".
