I will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. Delivery confirmation can be purchased for an additional .75 which allows tracking and some satisfaction of delivery. Items sent out of the U.S. via standard surface or air mail have no way of tracking. If you request and pay for special shipping to allow tracking I will still not be responsible for lost shipments. I post feedback after the shipment is accepted by the buyer and they have posted feedback for me. If there is a problem I expect the buyer to notify me and I will work out a solution with them. I will post the same feedback for the buyer that I have received from them. I have more than 3300 total positive feedbacks and there have only been 4 items lost in shipment. Please bid with confidence.
