Description

Artist: Mohawks LP: The Champ
Label: Pama Year: 1968
Condition cover / media : VG++ / VG++

Pure original British first press on the pama label, there are a ton of re-issues and bootlegs floating about but now is your chance to have an original. Much is said about this early classic Hammond led breakbeat monster, the liner notes indicates the mystery man Morris Hawk behind the keys, however the musicians are all studio musicians from the KPM stall, and in charge UK Hammond maestro Alan Hawkshaw. You probably know the super sampled 'the champ' my personal favourite is 'beat me till I’m blue' anyhow the whole lp is smokin' pure class! RARE! It's even a signed copy, check backsleeve picture!

All records are original issues unless noted. I use this grading system. Payment menthods prefered are paypal, or bank transfer. Shipping rates here! Check all our auctions and be sure to visit our new Webshop http://www.jazzaggresion.com
