This is not the more common, Record Store Day version that is available in stores - the only way to get this variant version is to subscribe to the Terror Vision record club - visit the label's website for details.
This is a brand new, unused copy - item was never shrinkwrapped, it was shipped from the label in a plastic sleeve.
