Description

NOT a repro or a bootleg! This is an original Beatles Songs, Pictures and Stories of the Fabulous Beatles on Vee Jay Records #VJ 1092. It has the gatefold cover with the 2/3 width on front; record inside has "Introducing The Beatles", oval Vee Jay logo with colorband. Cover is in good shape with no major splits along the outside spine, beginning to split on the edge of the gatefold. A previous owner had placed clear tape on the inside of the gatefold and near the opennings to the record. A 1" square at the top next to Paul's head is scraped. Minor ring wear on back. Corners are dented. Record has minor scratches on label as if someone had trouble placing the hole on the spindle. Small, 1/4" scrape on Side 2. Disc has minor surface scratches on both sides. I've owned it since the 70" and have never played it. Well-stored and kept in a non-smoking home. Very hard-to-find and a fine addition to any Beatles collection. You or someone you love wants this record. Can still get it in time for Christmas - I ship as soon as I get confirmation from PayPal!
