Sale provides a unique and exceedingly rare opportunity, for beginners and established collectors of rare vinyl alike, to acquire an unplayed copy of Living in the Past double album by Jethro Tull. Released in 1972 on the Chrysalis label, this near mint vinyl record, in it's original Chrysalis sleeve with centre photo booklet fully intact, was acquired by the seller whilst working for the record company; in London during the late 1970's. Never having been played since acquisition, the playing surfaces of the records are unblemished, as anyone wishing to finally play this rear record would soon discover. With the exception of a small dent to the right front of the outer sleeve, clearly shown in the photographs supporting the sale, both discs, sleeve and photo booklet are in terrific condition. Having been stored for many years, together with other rare records currently for sale on ebay and now forming part disposal of my own vast library of original 7" and 12" singles, EP's and albums, accumulated over many years, this is a reluctant sale of a truly treasured possession and a one-off opportunity to acquire this must-have addition to any seriously advanced vinyl record collection. Sale provides a golden opportunity for any Tull fans; or indeed, anyone wishing to acquire original Rock memorabilia, or just generally interested in the music of the 1970's. The starting price for this auction reflects the rare condition of the discs and their original Chrysalis sleeve and photo booklet, which other than showing minimal handling wear and a small dent to the front of the outer sleeve, are in great condition. So don't delay, start bidding, as I am confident that this rare and highly collectable record will not last very long.
