I am not a record grader, so I'll do my best to describe the condition. The cover still has the original plastic wrap, it is in great condition, but there are creases to the upper right and lower left and right corners.  The records are both in good condition, looks like a few small scuffs or smudges and some fingerprints, one record looks to have some bumps, perhaps from when manufactured. I tried to get pictures of them in the reflection.  Nothing that affects the play, I listened to each and both play fine on my turntable. Great set of Texas country music with some charming talking interludes between songs.
