Rare free jazz! The Steve Lacy Quartet - "Sortie" on German Polydor from 1966. Great and hard to find session from Lacy. Certainly it is very difficult to narrow his massive discography down into these sort of terms, but this is one of his absolute best. Features Lacy on soprano sax, Enrico Rava on trumpet, Kent Carter on bass, Aldo Romano on percussion. Record: NM, Jacket: VG++ with some light general wear.
