Description

Up for auction is Prestige LP 7055: Clifford Brown Memorial. This has the 50th street NY address, black and yellow fireworks label with deep grooves. Record hails from an ex-radio DJ in New York and is stamped "Not for sale" on back cover. This is an original Mono pressing. 
Sleeve: NM, no spine splits, front cover is glossy and colors are great, no writing on back. 
Record: NM, perhaps unplayed; comes with the original (and very brittle) Prestige inner sleeve, which bears testament to its pristine condition.



I am a university professor of music here in the US who inherited this and other records (Blue Note, Norgran, Impulse!, Columbia, Prestige, Fantasy, Riverside, etc.) from a collector and former radio DJ a few years back. I am looking to sell off some of these records to collectors/audiophiles who can get more enjoyment out of them than I can.
