Description

I have up for auction a record (One Sided 7" 78) on the black embossed Berliner GRAMOPHONE label; very rare, probably late 1800s, last patent date of 1895. It is #0623 by George Schweinfest, Piccolo Solo accompanied by piano; selection entitled "Smokey Mokes". The record is in very good condition, no chips or cracks and scuffs and scratches are few, light and almost all surface variety none deep. Extra surface noise only at the beginning, quiets very quickly after just 5 or 6 seconds; then plays quite well. Very impressive collectible!
