Rare 1950's RCA Promotional Item.  Hard to find Promo Record and Picture Sleeve released in 1957.

Picture Sleeve:  So Close to Near Mint (see scans).

Side 1:  Near Mint-. 

Side 2:  Near Mint. Full Vinyl Gloss, Looks Unplayed.  Gorgeous Labels, feature Dog on Top with Silver Line. 

Side 2 contains Elvis Presley song "Gonna Sit Right Down and Cry" (see picture).
