About This Record. This is the really really cool debut LP by The Rats featuring Fred Cole of The Gonn (Blackout of Gretely!), Lollipop Shoppe, and Dead Moon! Cool psych punk with a few songs that sound like Lollipop Shoppe's Underground Railroad! These rarely turn up and this is a keeper copy. This is the Rats first s/t LP, Original USA private LP on Whizeagle Records from Portland Oregon. I have their second LP also for sale, along with other cool stuff. Maybe my Dead Moon vinyl too!

Vinyl Condition. Looks EX-/better with light paper marks and a few noticeable short light scuffs, pop or two but no major flaws or problems; Plays EX to EX+ to my ears although there is some background noise here and there consistent with this private pressing and their equipemtn. Keeper copy.
Cover Condition. Strong VG+ cover. Would be EX but the main problem is the top seam is beginning to split at top left corner; see 7th photo; also light corner wear. Otherwise, just light cover wear; solid spine and bottom seam, Nice cover, must have lots of ring wear and splits but this has been properly cared for. Most of the few surviving copies I have seen have been trashed.
Innsersleeve. This comes with original plain paper sleeve but cleaned on my VPI innersleeve in a rice paper sleeve,
Labels. Near Mint minus; just a trace of spindle marks.
About Me. I have been a Record Collector for over 35 years. I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept it well-preserved. This comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine.
