Description
This an auction for a Ratt "Out of The Cellar" . This is Atlantic 80143-1. This cover is autographed by all members. It was signed on November 10, 1984 at the St. Paul Civic Center. This was the last stop on there Out Of The Cellar Tour. They backed up Billy Squier. I had them sign it outside their bus after the concert. I was there and saw them sign it for me. The pictures show the signatures. This package comes with a Christmas post card from Ratt after I was a part of their Fan Club. The postcard has signitures too, but they are printed and not authentic. This is rare! The record has some surface scratches and surface noise. It plays through with no deep scratches or skips.

I don't give MINT condition for any record I sell. even if it's in the shrink wrap and has never been played. I don't know what issues the record has. The best condition I give is NM in shrink wrap, and NM- of it looks and plays close to perfect!
I want you to judge the record I'm selling by my detailed description. I sometime feel I have to give the Goldmine Standard, like everyone else does. The visual grade of this cover is NM- other than the signatures of the band. The play grade would be VG. The visual grade is VG. Super clean item here! Goldmine standards vary from seller to seller, a VG+ to one person is good to another.
Others that sell records, if you look spend very little effort telling you what you are buying. They give vague Goldmine Standards without telling you what brought a record from NM to VG or good, what are the flaws? If I was buying records I would want to know what the issue that brought this album to the standard it was posted at. I spend a lot of time pulling, playing, cleaning, giving details of my records. I hope you appreciate that I take that time to tell you what you are getting. Pay attention to POWER SELLERS they don't really tell you what you are buying. Not all, but most. I hope you take into consideration that I care about what I'm selling and what you are buying and I let you know. That was just a word of advice. My standards are more of what the record sounds like. I've looked records that look bad, but the play back was great. I've also looked at record and it looked near mint and put it on my turntable and it's warped or plays with inner groove static.
I clean my records with record cleaning solution and a discwasher. I play all my records before selling them and don't just judge them by looks. I play them with a ADC professional turntable with a new stylus and a weight of 1.25 grams. Some people will say it plays through, but they put 4-5 grams of weight on the tone arm. I listen to them through a Technics receiver and Marantz high end speakers.

Shipping is also USP Media Mail unless you want me to ship it a different way. I give details about all my records and if they have "any" flaws, I let you know. I usually ship two times a week, depending on when people pay for the items and how many items have been purchased.
