This is a Classic Records 45 RPM 180 gram reissue of Mercury Living Presence SR-90313 Ravel - Rapsodie Espagnole, Alborado Del Gracioso, and Pavane Pour Une Infante Defunte, with the Detroit Symphony, conducted by Paul Paray.
Classic reproduced the original album covers here, but there is no La Valse or Ibert - Escales on these LPs.
2 single sided LPs
These are 180 gram pressings from the first Classic reissue series, not the 200 gram pressings that many audiophiles complain about.
The jackets looks nearly perfect, with no seam splits, bends, or creases evident.
Only played twice on a VPI Aries with a Grado Statement Master cartridge, and on a Well Tempered Classic with an Ortofon Rondo Bronze moving coil cartridge.
Remastered by the renowned Bernie Grundman.
This reissue is at the top of Harry Pearson's Super Disc List in the "Best Of The Bunch" category and on Arthur Salvatore's Supreme Recordings list in the Demi-God category.
Long out of print, and highly sought after, this is a must have demonstration quality disc for classical music fans.
