Ray Charles/Milt Jackson Soul Meeting - Atlantic 1961 - Mono w/ White Fan

Here's a pretty weird amazing one. Original 1961 US mono pressing with the white fan Atlantic logo label on the second side only. First side has the more common black fan. These are the red/orange and purple labels. The jacket of this is near perfect with a laminated finish. There is a very small factory hole punch through the bottom left side. A dark spot along the bottom of the cover. seems like it could be picked off or washed away with some care. Spine reads perfect but looks a touch sun faded. The back has a little bit of shelf rub/wear. There was no sleeve with this so I'm including a brand new one. The vinyl at first glances looks great. Closer inspection shows some light scratches scattered about. Nothing that can be felt to the touch. After a good cleaning and brushing the playback is good. No skips, repeats or pops, but there is some heavier surface crackle. I want to say around the second track of the first side, more than anywhere else. I'm not sure if some hi end cleaning machine would make this perfect or not, but it's a pretty great original copy.

Please see pics. I have done my best to include any examples of blemishes and markings on the vinyl.

eBay is now offering coupons sellers can send to buyers. We can only send them if the buyer is a subscriber to our stores. I’m happy to send these coupons so please consider subscribing. We’re putting up new stuff all the time.

We ship worldwide through the Global Shipping Program. If you are in a country that is not covered by the GSP, or do not agree with their practices, please DO NOT bid or buy. We no longer make exceptions for any other shipping.

We do our best to describe and photograph each item in detail. We try not to rely on any specific grading system, such as Goldmine, for using those simplistic grades may not capture the true essence of the item, and are also subject to interpretation by the seller or buyer. Possibly increasing expectations. Ebay, however, requires grading within the details of each listing, so be aware that our final say is within our detailed descriptions.
