Ray Paige - RCA Victor 9047
Note: Record grading is very subjective. Two people will rarely agree. That being said, I try to grade very conservatively using the Goldmine grading scale for 45 rpm records. I have included full photos of each side of the record in case anyone would like to try to zoom in to see condition (although I realize it is almost impossible to tell from photos but I include them anyway.)
All records I sell have been gently but quickly cleaned. I do not do a detailed cleaning.
I provide Visual Grades Only in most cases! I just don't have time to listen to each record anymore (unfortunately.) There may be exceptions where I will discuss how a record plays in the description below. Side A: Don't Stop Now - G+ (Several scuffs/scratches visible in gloss, couple that can be felt. Has a smudge or area of discoloration that doesn't affect play - see photos. Plays better than it looks. Just had to grade down on appearance.)
Side B: Ain't No Soul (Left In These Old Shoes) - G+ (Multiple scuffs/scratches in gloss, couple that can be felt. Couple spots/discoloration that don't affect play. Record plays much better than it looks. Just had to grade down on appearance.)
This record has seen a lot of use but sill looks presentable. It plays much better than it looks (If I were grading on playback alone it would be closer to VG+). It is a desirable record (just check Discogs) so grab this as a good playable filler. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
