It is always my intention to be fair and honest in my descriptions and sales. I am not an expert in any particular field so I will always describe items to the best of my ability and as I see them. If you have queries or require more pictures, please feel free to ask, though please not minutes before an item ends. All items I list are used or second-hand unless stated. If you are in any doubt whatsoever please do not bid, as all sales are final.
While I will always take great care in packing items extremely well, I can not be held responsible for the Post office's maltreatment, loss or delay of parcels. I always obtain a receipt/proof of posting that I will gladly forward to the buyer so that they can initiate a claim for compensation should any item be received damaged or be lost in transit.
If paid by Postal Order/ cash/ or PayPal items will always be sent A.S.A.P. after payment received. Cheques will need to clear, 7 full working days before items are sent.
If the buyer does not make contact within 14 days I will file a non-paying-bidder alert to have final value fees returned. I should expect payment to be received no later than 21 days after the auction ends.
I will always leave appropriate feedback when I know that items have been received and everything is in order. Please see my feedback which is a testament of my sales.
